I am an international student. I want to invest my money into the stock market. However, I don’t know where I should open an account at. Also, my friend told me if I am only use Visa to enter US, then I don’t have to pay tax once I earn money from the stock market. Is that true? Thank you!

I understand that T-Bills are great to buy, though possibly not in this economy. What are some great small time investments to do with less than $1000, possibly just $200 or so? I know that is a very small start, but I was wanting to start investing at a small slow rate.

My career objective:
Being a financial analyst, I can apply my knowledge and skills in the fields of Economics and Financial Investment aiming to contribute for the growth not only of the company but also of myself.
please post your comments or suggestions about this.. Thank you..:)

Hi, I am 21 and have an AA degree in liberal studies. I have worked in retail and in a restaurant. I have studies psychology/sociology and theatre. I am going to university in the fall for my bachelor’s and since I am double majoring I will be swamped with schoolwork and very little time for a job. Does anyone have any good ideas for a job that would make good money, but I would only have to work around 10-15 hours a week? I guess if anyone knows of any LEGITIMATE home based/internet businesses or jobs, that would be helpful, too. Thanks.

I am considering opening a roth ira account, but i have a lot of questions i would like to ask a professional before i invest, but i don’t know if any financial advisor would do. Are there financial advisors specifically for college aged students?
